The videos were informing and fun I was able to get myself up on the first try because I read the packet and watch the videos to brief myself on the safety concerns proper motions I look forward to exploring the workouts and pushing myself every time I use it

Shipping was faster than expected Very easy to put together I had been fearful of headstands for years This really takes the fear out of it So much easier to get into an inversion than I thought It s also a handy height for all kinds of assisted stretches Very worthwhile purchase if you are into yoga

I love this more than I thought I would It s actually a really pretty piece of furniture I use it for stretching as well as inversion and it works really well for some yoga poses I am not real athletic but I can balance upside-down for about 3 min I can feel all these muscles in my body igniting to help me stay up I love this bench

Fun for getting upside down To get more from the feetup trainer you really need the App which is pretty good but has somewhat limited videos currently

I m so thrilled with my purchase I ve struggled with inversions for years and having this tool instantly got me upside down I have a renewed sense of confidence iny yoga practice I love the feet up trainer it s a wonderful prop
