Item arrived very damaged Several of the plank boards were either cracked of split in half The parts that weren t completely damaged had defects The Merchant was only willing to refund if product was returned The quote I got to ship it back to China was more than double what the item was purchased for The quality and durability of the cat furniture I received is flimsy and cheap They were very hard to get in touch with and is making the refund process extremely difficult

My cats are a little senior so they don t jump around like they did when they were younger I customized a special cat tree They sent me pictures and videos of the product as it was being made and again of the final product before it was shipped which allowed me to make sure the final product was exactly what I wanted and made installation easy I was impressed with their customer service and commitment to creating a quality product
