I ordered a mattress on 30-8-2022 They advertise 3-5 days for delivery I reached out to make sure everything was correct with my order 7 days after it had not been delivered and the customer service rep told me he saw the order and that everything was fine and it should be delivered that week Another 7 days went by and it was not delivered so I called A customer service rep told me she would call me back end of day to give me an update on my order She did not call me back I called again and their customer service wasn t open during business hours It took me 15 days to get an update about my order when they advertise 3-5 days delivery There was a problem with my address so it could not be delivered and had been returned They had cancelled my order Meanwhile I am sleeping on the floor waiting for my mattress I would avoid this company Order number 800019428
