I rang to treble check something about FENSA today Though I knew the answer but needed it from the horses mouth Spoke with a very helpful and polite gent named Lewis He knew what he was talking about and polite It makes a big difference if someone you talk to knows what they are talking about polite This helps with the process even if the answers you get will not help you as it s the honesty accuracy and delivery that counts Thank you

Expedite of Fensa certs
Contacted FENSA to try to expedite issue if certs for newly installed DG due to house sale Spoke with Lewis and couldn t have been more helpful Sent EMail to confirm instal had been registered and certs were being processed Brilliant Thanks Lewis

Great Service
Was trying to register a customers details but automated system did not have correct address Phone at FENSA was answered on first ring and problem was sorted immediately by a very helpful woman called Heather she waited whilst I typed in the details and she manually changed address Great service

I don t understand all the negative reviews Got straight through to Fensa Advice line as I have a problem with my doors and windows and my installer has gone out of business They had all the information to hand and were able to advise me who the company had been insured with and provide me with contact number The lady on the other line was lovely and knowledgeable Absolutely A service - without making the call to Fensa I would never have known about my warranty insurance and would have had to fork out extra money to get the problem fixed Thanks FENSA

Spoke to Heather parker about problems
Spoke to Heather parker about problems I was having with a large company in regards to getting my fensa cerificates and after 12 months still no solution Within a couple of hours heather made a a couple of calls took some details and called me back to say all sorted Heather was very professional and competent in what was required very happy

I spoke to Heather who was really polite and immediately resolved my query immediately I received an FENSA certificate with the incorrect door number the installer was contacted and a New certificate issued Heather went above and beyond rang me back to confirm this FENSA need more people like you Exceptional customer service

Heather - An absolute asset to Fensa
Had and issue my own fault when purchasing a certificate Heather who dealt with the enquiry helped me out and was extremely helpful and my in opinion an asset to Fensa
