very unprofessional
very unprofessional I ve been their advertiser for many years once upon a time they were very good but the last two years were totally unprofitable no inquiries no reservations literally nothing to make things even worse they even blocked my paid ad even if the guest wants to he can t send an inquiry as I found out they do business with a lot of agencies and they only want money from us I asked for a refund which they haven t answered yet
