Please stay away from this company
Please stay away from this company I have been trying to get in contact with this company for over 2 weeks via email because I am moving and need them to retrieve their property They respond in 4-5 day cadences and never resolve the issue They stated that they would retrieve their property on April 22 however they have not confirmed and followed up with me since April 15 despite so many emails being sent In addition they have closed their live-phone systems because they are understaffed If you are understaffed to the point where you can t respond and resolve an issue over email for almost 3 weeks you should probably close your business until you do have the bandwidth Fast forward to today 8 days until I move and they still have not followed up about retrieving the couch

Do not use this company
They were horrible They are bunch of shady con men operating as a company The customer service is abysmal I was thinking of using them again Not I will never use them and I will not recommend them to anyone Find an alternative because they are not a company with integrity

They re a ripoff
They re a ripoff The installers hung my canvas art and then it ended up falling off the wall Now they re giving me the run around on getting a replacement and even want to charge me again Don t rent or purchase with this company They re very incompetent and very unprofessional

No idea what changed at this company
No idea what changed at this company but their customer support used to be great and now it is practically nonexistent I had a delivery scheduled two weeks ago and it just never arrived despite me clearing my calendar to be available Now I have been going back-and-forth with customer support for over a month trying to find a delivery date and their customer support is not responding to any of my emails and will not answer the phone either I really thought this was a good company but it s clear that I was wrong and this is the last time I will purchase anything from them

No way to end contract Messages go unanswered
My contract with Fernish expired over a year ago I was given a buy out price of 0 to own the goods Fernish has still been charging me for 9 months I have tried to contact them several times and there just isn t a way to get a response I have messages that have been waiting 25 weeks for a reply There is no way to cancel the contract via the website I have removed my payment method and they still keep charging the last card on record They are charging me and I get nothing in return at this point My goods are long paid off

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service There was a glitch on their website that prevented my order from going through I was notified that someone would reach out to me which never happened Their solution was to charge me a 299 rush fee I spoke to a rep who was unhelpful I then spoke to the Director of Customer Experience who was condescending and rude She couldn t seem to understand the problem I own a business and needed furniture and because of them I m now having to scramble I own several locations and would have used them at all of them if they d had more integrity and empathy It s pretty disappointing that they d lose not just an order but a customer who would have used them over and over again over something so easy to fix In addition to that they lost the opportunity for word of mouth and instead have someone who is actually having to warn others to stay away Not smart Not empathetic No integrity

Don t rent from this company they will charge you for items you returned and give you the run around about a system error and not answer emails for weeks and when they do give you generic unhelpful responses

Terrible experience
Terrible experience I should have cancelled my order on the first day when they were sold out of a couch that I wanted The bed broke on the first day as did the couch They replaced the bed which then proceeded to ruin my 1500 mattress the lack of support caused the springs to be uneven It was very typical wear and tear and they said I owed them 800 for couch repair and cleaning In what world I do not know As a property manager I know that industrial furniture cleaning isn t more than 79 and I could have repaired the couch again that broke due to poor quality for less than 100 They claim they do not charge for normal wear and tear but that is a lie They will take the entire cost of the furniture in rental fees and then charge you for it again unless you return it in like new condition I suppose the furniture isn t actually intended to be used at all I should have went with Cort or Aarons for furniture again but unfortunately I got caught up in Fernish trendiness and that I do and will continue to regret They won t make it right or be reasonable
