great experience with golden star ferries had to change booking because of a cancelled flight Cleo was very efficient and managed to sort everything out

Ferry tickets changed due to my mistake

I had to change my ferry tickets and I contacted the company and they changed the dates with no extra fees The problem occurred because the website was a little clunky but the staff was great I am really grateful and happy to recommend them

Ferry strike

I used ferry scanner for our trip from Athens to poros They had been cancelled due to high winds for a few days and then I found out that they were due to strike the day we went to poros island I have regular updates from them in advance informing us There was no phone number to call and ask for a refund but I replied to one of the emails they sent me They couldn t have been more helpful Advised me I would receive a refund for the cancelled journey and helped me find an alternative All via email and I received the refund two days later Excellent customer service

I ve booked a trip but because of the stupidities of google that remebers your previous choices I did not notice that both my trips come and go were onn the same date Panic of course but fortunately the chat with the guys from ferryscanner anwered my question quickly and changed the outward ticket in a few minutes The return ticket was fine So everything is fine now It was done fast and easy for me Really thank you guys
