Worst broadband provider ever
Do not get fibernest infact there owners persimmons must have the biggest red neck in building history Simply put if you buy a home from this company you get fibre nest installed before your move if it isn t already thereSecond you can opt out giving 30 days notice Thirdly there s no other provider allowed to operate on persimmons land your screwed quite simply The problems we have had with signals and even getting in touch with them it s a joke

Persimmon Homes should be embarrassed
This is the worst provider I have been forced to use Over the last week I have the internet drop out while on important business calls and while working from home this has now meant I have started working from the office more often Persimmon Homes needs to sort this issue out customers are being held to ransom

Be aware that it comes already
Be aware that it comes already installed in some houses now and you don t have a choice but to have it They re the most expensive WiFi I have ever had and the WiFi doesn t actually work 80 of the time Currently paying 33 pm but it s going up next year to 35 This internet dips out multiple times a day even watching tv is near impossible sometimes and it takes forever to come back on It s daylight robbery and you re forced to have them because it s already installed into your home I m also on the cheapest package they provide I was on the most expensive but it was just as bad so I changed to the lower price package with them and there is no difference in performance

great service from engineer
We moved in to Wellington Gate site Grove Wantage June 21st 2024 and had a couple of issues with gaining access to the internet This was due to other contractors damaging the fibre optic cable Our Fibrenest engineer Luke worked round the clock to get the issue resolved Luke was so professional and nothing was too much trouble Thank you
