Amazing customer service They have earned a customer for life out of me just by the way they have treated me Issues with the install due to ms3 but they have kept me updated been so friendly and helpful about it It s refreshing to be able to speak to someone rather than a bot or an hour queue

Fast and reliable broadband

I do not normally write reviews but Fiber Zone is definitely worthy of a few positive words The internet service we receive from them is reliable fast and their customer service is exceptional We have been receiving internet from this company for a number of years and we have never had an issue with them When they switched us over to fiber broadband it all went seamlessly too We are an average sized family and use the internet for mainly streaming and some gaming purposes I could not recommend Fiber Zone highly enough
