my building has 7 apartments in it i cant get internet through fidium fiber unless the other 6 apartments in my building lets them in to install equipment in their apartments

If you need a fiber line buried
Contract started 6 15 2024If you need a fiber line buried you re going to have to wait months They use a 3rd party service for burying lines and they have no ability to give you an ETA I had a tech come out to my home tell me that they d bury a line in 3 days only to lie and find out through customer service that it usually months out and they have no way of contacting them I haven t dealt with this level of shadiness since my last unfaithful girlfriend Would not recommend this company to my worst enemies Contract ended 7 22 2024Update 8 6 2024 After cancelling my service with them two weeks ago they have now decided to install a fiber line for my home which has no service contract anymore

So this place dose nothing to help fix tYour problems You go days with no service they dont credit my account and the problems are always on a sunday and I got to say that im going to switch its worth paying more for a service that works

Avoid this company at ALL cost If you thought Xfinity Comcast was bad you have no idea Their portal doesn t work so you can t even login using the correct username Their security is horrible so you have ZERO protection

They turned my service off at 7pm when
They turned my service off at 7pm when their customer service was closed and my bill is even due til the 18th When i called this morning the woman i spoke with was on some c u next Tuesday mode They can eat my last bill and ill be getting new service

It might work if they installed it right
When they set it up back in January which was a whole different set of issues it was supposed to be fantastic acorrding to the sales rep We have the 2G plan and according to the installer it s supposed to be better than most hotels have But it s been a disaster internet wise My son in law who works from home has been threatened with losing his job because of the inability to maintain a connection Recently my wife ran into the sales reps who told her that that they should have given us two WIFI extenders because we got the 2G plan He refuses get them for us and you can t get Fidium to answer the phone or return calls I don t care the problem is billing technical etc They refuse to deal with the customer at all We may soon have to dump them Yes it s cheaper than cable but losing one s job is a lot more costly

At this time I m being charged 125 a month
At this time I m being charged 55 more than I was quoted a month I have not even had my services A Full month before my box broke I am now running off my cell phone hotspots My entire house By the way my box has been hanging on the wall in the same spot since the day the man hooked it up Nobody even touching it because it s between 2 bureau s The customer representative care system is sucky Do not press one to have them Call you back because you will not get that call back And then as you re reviewing the bill together they will fabricate what you re seeing only by their words because they cannot change what it says on that paper And make sure you do not overpay because if they have to credit your account for anything you will not get your overpayment money they will call that your credit I would not even have gave it one star however to leave a review you have to That rules should change There should be a thumbs down button if you want to leave a review for bad people given them that 1 star actually gives them a point I don t recommend this internet system even if it was just for your chicken co-op

Terrible Customer Service
I have no complaint about the quality of internet but when it comes to customer service and taking responsibility for issues THEY ARE LESS THAN A 1 STAR Woke up one morning and the Internet was not working so I called in to see what the issue was Rep could not figure it out said it looked like it went off at 1am So they scheduled a Tech to come out The tech checked everything and said he found no issue so he called into the service department They find out for some odd reason that Fidium had turned off our account No explanation why So they turned it backon and it was fine The issue is that my wife and I both work from home so we had no Internet all day and could not work This cost us hundreds of dollars for a lost day I requested one free month as reimbursement total of 80 The account person Wanda said no way and she would offer me 10 credit What a joke the issue was solely Fidium s fault and cost us money but you offer 10 Absolute slap in the face Would not recommend them to anyone

Fidium Rip Off Internet Down Horrible Service
You simply cannot imagine how horrible it is for your internet to cut out every 10 minutes They make Xfinity Comcast look like customer service All-Stars I can t stand Xfinity but I will be switching back ASAP I didn t even go into detail about price jumps and billing

Had to give a 1 cause you cant give a zero Canceled service returned equipment and paid final bill still get bill notices Customer service is horrible they wont answer or put you on hold then hang up This has been a complete nightmare Dont waste your time
