I clocked into a job 17 minutes early as opposed to the 15 minute early limit and it dropped my timeliness rating by 33 Now customers see a 66 timeliness rating instead og my 100 rating They refused to correct it and told me it will drop off in 60 days Until then customers are seeing inaccurate percentages and I am losing work
