Called the Fieldprint customer service
Called the Fieldprint customer service and a lady answered Wish I could remember her name if even given at all Within 30 seconds of explaining my situtuation with the website make an appointment was not working to finalize an appointment the CS rep says can I put you on hold and I said no I just got on the phone with her and she already wants to put me on hold really So I explained how I navigated until the finalizing of my appointment which day and time were offered by website yet system kept saying sorry this day and time are not available Really Going round and round in circles each time I tried a different day and time same results Ridiculous system and after the customer service rep started asking for my personal info which she already had knew I told her I didn t want to give my personal info since she did not explain to me what she was asking it for and she hung up on me I knew she had the info already because she called me by my first name and I hadn t already given to her in our conversation Terrible customer service and website system And believe it or not there is no where to report bad customer service problems Somebodies making a lot of money with this scam and I am sure the government contract is not on the up and up as well Someone needs to do some investigating and get a decent fingerprinting company who know how to do the job right

Scheduled on Friday for finger prints Drove out at date of scheduled appointment - Tuesday Place was CLOSED Unreliable They state on their website I would be charged if I wasn t available for my appointment Who reimburses me for my time gas that they were not open for my scheduled appointment

Terrible company and fraudulent I paid for services and it was sent to the incorrect place and they will not provide refund and it has to be completed again

incompetent
I ve gone three times to get my finger prints done now The first two times I was dealing with an incompetent person who didn t know what they were doing I received a call from Fieldprints saying that I need to reschedule and they apologized for the inconvenience I m crossing my fingers that the thrid time will be good but I m not holding my breath Allegedly they train their staff I guess the training is not that good

Unless it is your first time having a fingerprint at this business expect 3 weeks to a month for the results meaning you can forget that job Their office background screening affiliate has caused me the lose 2 potential employment opportunities because their leisurely affiliate turn-around is that slow I suggest you ask if there s about place The system should be changed too 2 in a year thereafter omitting keep being fingerprinted

Don t waste your time or money
Apparently I scheduled my appointment through the wrong feildprint website so I got my test results to my personal email instead of being sent to where it needed to be Why in the world would I need it own FBI criminal background check results I will NEVER give this company another penny They were no help and left me in an awkward silence after telling me I should have went to my states feildprint website I then asked if I could send the result where they needed to be and was told a single word No 50 down the drain What a waste

These folks managed to send my prints
These folks managed to send my prints to the incorrect agency and blamed it on me for entering the wrong code in their entry area That s interesting as I only had ONE CODE to use provided by the state and there s no way I could have entered an incorrect code They refuse to re-do the prints without paying again and they told me that they cannot forward the prints to the correct agency Didn t tell me why not just that they couldn t do it So I have to have my prints redone and there s no way on the planet that I ll EVER use this vendor again The fingerprint tech was completely unprofessional and had zero customer service ability cold impersonal and just plain rude Never again

Fake company with fake service
Fake company with fake service They charge 50 for touching their screen but they did not provide the results of fingerprints and did not send the results to the requested company I spent 3 calls 30 min each and they replied they have issues with the website they proposed the refund but they did not send any refund

Field Print Scan Sites - Are Sub-Contractors making peanuts
I just want everyone here to know that doesn t know this already the scan site the place that do the actual finger printing are private contractors contracted through field print I know because I have ran one out of our business since March of 2023 The employees who everyone thinks are rude probably are like that due to the lack of concern by field print We wait on hold for 45mins as well We get hung up on talked down to in emails and problems Well they re your problems meaning the scan site is left to try and figure things out for field prints client who is standing in their business and already pissy because the lack of service from field print When you give an attitude to the employee trying to help and all for the 3- 5 fee they get paid for collecting the prints you re probably going to get met with the same attitude We cannot access their backend system we cant change incorrect info entered during the registration if we could do that you wouldn t have to pay again but they love free money so they ll just charge you again The scan-site gets nothing from that And when people don t show we get nothing but wasted time We have dealt with other company s finger printing service and although they had their issues too nothing compared to this outfit These people lie lie and lie every time you turn around Training That is laughable Training consists of a 10- 30 minute phone call a run through the system then shown a help file on the computer and told to access that if you have questions or call their support line Most of you here have tried that yourselves and know where that gets you NO WHERE When they took over the Alabama contract their sales rep told me the company we were using was going bankrupt and out of business Why would you tell someone that I can tell you it was an outright lie They were just moving into the future of bio-metrics period They re s till in business 18 months later Their contract is one sided too it only benefits field print and not the small businesses backs they ride on When we signed up I complained about them needing a 90 day notice if not givin the scan-site has to pay field print 1500 if we decided we were not happy with the service she said they d wave that if I came onboard Now we want out due to their lack of professionalism that has a direct impact on our business due to people thinking we are field print Guess what we are working out our 90 days because I took her word and that word is nothing more than a pile of dung 1500 to cancel the contract I don t think we have even made 1500 Take 100s of calls to print 35 people and get a check for 181 for the month That s Field Print So next time you go to a scan site and the employees are short and rude because you re frustrated with your situation take into consideration they may have dealt with 4-5 others in the same boat you re in Waiting to bail on Field Print

No Communication or Information
The people are incompetent I made an appointment to get my I-9 form documents and fingerprint checked and they put it as 2 separate appointments I was never given an appointment number The woman even looked for me and could not find it So I had to come back on a separate day to do fingerprints and spent around 40 in uber fees
