I purchased a computer from Fierce in November and I have been waiting before I left a review What can I say Absolute perfection The system runs better than I imagined I didn t spend thousands and I can run all of my games on Ultra My Xbox is now redundant The customer service team have been amazing helping me pick the system and they even helped me with optimising it for my games Honestly I cannot thank Fierce enough I highly recommend

Great PC minor website issues
I rrdered an entry-level gaming PC from Fierce I m very happy with the machine it s very well put together and was packaged very thoroughly Having done a fair amount of shopping around I was able to get a significantly more powerful computer from Fierce PC than I could find anywhere else so it was excellent value too I particularly appreciated being able to customise the specs to suit what I needed and could afford The only minor gripe I have with the whole process is that I had some problems with the website Firstly the system won t send me a confirmation email no matter how many times I request it so I wasn t able to set up an account to help me track my order etc The second issue was that the discount code I was sent didn t work this was swiftly resolved by customer service so wasn t a major issue but delayed my order by a day or two I m still really happy and would order from Fierce PC again but those two problems were a bit frustrating

Defective hard drive insolvent company
Update I ve been in contact with an absolute legend Danny from the new management of Fierce PC all I can say at the moment is we ve got a solution to my problem and once it s completed I ll re-rate my experience I bought an additional hard drive for my son s PC just before Christmas I was asked if I wanted them to courier the PC to them to fit but I decided not to just in case it got lost somewhere along the path to or from Fierce PC It looks like my gut feeling was in tune as I doubt I d have got it back as I ve now seen that the company has gone into administration The only problem is that the hard drive I was sent which wasn t cheap doesn t want to work properly and won t let us access it even though we can see it I contacted customer service after Christmas and they appeared to be trying to help get it online but when things started to get difficult and the drive just didn t want to cooperate they were telling us to do the same things we d done to get it working in the first instance and asked us to download an application called Team Viewer which I wasn t really happy about doing the email conversation stopped I have tried several times to elicit a response but nothing so I thought I d come onto Trustpilot to check if other people were experiencing similar issues only to discover they d gone under I suppose now I have no option but to make an application to my bank to get my money back for the defective hard drive Edit I received an email from Trustpilot saying Fierce had complained to them that my review wasn t genuine and asked for proof of a purchase from the company I gladly sent them a copy of my invoice from December to show my purchase with a scathing message about the disgusting way they are trying to silence their previous customers Edit Apparently the best way to contact unsatisfied customers is through Trustpilot and only allow 3 days to respond I didn t see Fierce PC s new management reply until today 18th May as I get so many emails too much spam and ads I don t always get to read everything It seems now though I m out of time to get a response concerning the hard drive that never worked This company gave me the run around so long I m now out of pocket over 270 and stuck with a defective hard drive that was my son s only Christmas present so thanks for that I can only assume this company knew what they were doing still disgraceful behaviour Update Update Sorry should have updated before - Danny dealing with Fierce PC issues has helped brilliantly and sorted everything out for me He sent a courier to pick up the hard drive that wasn t working and replaced it so I would just like to thank Danny for all his help Thank you

I purchased a system from fierce early
I purchased a system from fierce early 2022 It has been great but unfortunately it developed a fault I had tried countless times to reach out to fierce over the past month and I got no response this left me with a somewhat sour taste in my mouth I made a final attempt of contacting fierce yesterday and to my surprise I got a response I spoke to a chap called Danny who had explained that Fierce was under new ownership and apologized that there was no one available to offer help sooner Long story short Danny quickly took me through the steps required to resolve my issue and everything is now up and running again as it should Happy customer here

Very helpful customer service
Very helpful customer service I m not very good with computers so when my son asked for one for his birthday I reached out to Fierce The man on the phone was very nice and asked me a few questions to help get a better understanding of what would be good for my son Pleasant experience and I will be ordering based on this

Headset connection
Spent the day exchanging calls emails with issues i was having with my headset Danny was very patient with me and sent me some helpful videos First class
