Overall very satisfied
Preordered Chocopuni Kanna plushie and the process is very well explained by Figfind s staff and they are very responsive whenever I ask them a question even outside office hours If there s anything I d say that Figfind could update their customers more frequently about their orders and the ongoing process I get that they might have a lot of customers but it s nice to know what s going on with our POs
