Really good quality products- My experience

I have to be honest it was the first time purchasing from this website and I ve already ordered a second time I ordered 2 paint by numbers and 1 Diamond painting and I have to say the product is REALLY good quality I ve tried other companies and they are also OK but for sure FiguredArt is better in terms of Quality Price for sure Customer service was quite helpful as well as I had asked them for various tips Super happy Thanks again

I placed an order because of the faster

I placed an order because of the faster delivery time they Guarantee compared to their competitors It has been 5 days after they said it would be here and are saying it will be another 5 days They also have no customer service no matter what time on any day you try the customer support on the website the Bot will say no one is available and you get told to email the customer support I have emailed the customer support for a few days now and every message gets a the same automated reply then nothing else It is impossible to contact them if you want them DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I ve been waiting 3 weeks now

I ve been waiting 3 weeks now I contacted support and never received an answer This is a dropshipping company that just sends you crap from China I paid 160GBP so it s honestly borderline scamming Don t bother reading reviews Positive reviews are fake I did some research I have to look for another Christmas present now I will try to get my money back via Mastercard hopefully that goes well

Misleading Jokers

This company are jokers Fantastic advertising and chose them over others as their initial reviews prior to December seemed pretty good I ordered on the 4th of December and was told on the 20th my parcel was out for delivery - I totally appreciate the Christmas break however it is now the 29th of December and there has been no updates from FiguredArt as to where my gift is I d just avoid them and choose someone else I wish I did

Received my order but the pack was damaged therefore the canvas was damaged badly creased and fold crease s Sent message to customer services straight away requesting a replacement or refund Not heard a thing back so wouldn t recommend purely for lack of response

If you live in Scotland don t bother

I knew the order would take longer as I ordered over Christmas Received an email today saying that this company which is supposedly based in London couldn t ship to Scotland as it is not the UK mainland I don t live on an island I am on the mainland Disappointed that I won t be getting the diamond art I wanted Awaiting a full refund If you live in Scotland don t bother placing an order
