Amazing helpful home management team

I recently stayed in one of their properties for the duration of 6 months on Victoria road and can I say that it has been a privilege to have Sam and Keira manage the property Sam was mostly my point of contact during my stay and he was ever so kind and helpful I have been living in England for 5 years moving each year from house to house which has gotten me to experience many agents landlords and I would like to emphasize it is difficult to find such caring efficient agents They did miraculous jobs by listening effectively communicating and ensuring preferences were noted and actioned In the property I stayed at there were 7 other individuals staying with me and Fika Co-Living selectively picked each one of us and ensured we d get along To say the least the house was always spotless everyone was considerate of other and boundaries were respected If given the opportunity to rent with Fika Co-Living I would definitely do it again and recommend to all my friends to have them as their managing home agents if and when possible

Best HMO management company I came across by far Sam is very professional have high integrity responsive and very quick to act and resolve issues One of our tenants wake up in the morning to a wet wall after a stormy night at 9am Sam informed me about the situation in my HMO by 1pm a roofer has attended and fix the issue absolutely amazing Couldn t ask for better response I highly recommend Fika for you HMO needs
