Stay away from this company They are scammers item was returned and they told my bank it wasn t when I have proof it was delivered 6 day after I sent it away The product was not what I ordered either

I will never order from Fillyboo again I had a truly disappointing experience with Fillyboo I placed an order back in early August and finally received it a few days ago late November Throughout this time the expected shipment dates constantly moved Constant excuses from staff saying it ll be posted in the next few days which never happened I have missed the event I wanted to use the skirt for - in October I emailed mentioning I had an event in November that I was wanting to wear the item for Again they said the item would be shipped in a few days NOTHING I had to purchase another skirt from a different store for my event The lack of transparency has been the most frustrating part - if the company had taken the time to communicate openly about the reasons behind the delays and were forthcoming with these issues it might have been less infuriating At least offer customers the opportunity to cancel and refund when they ve been waiting 4 months My most recent interaction with them was while I was still waiting for my purchase to arrive I emailed asking for a refund They then offered me a store credit to use as compensation while I wait for my item They said my item would arrive within the next few weeks I declined and asked for a refund The next day my skirt randomly arrived it seems they have no idea what orders are shipping out I cannot recommend this company to anyone who values reliability or professionalism in their shopping experience Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere While I have received my skirt I have gone ahead and sold it online as I don t want to wear the item The experience has soured everything

Never ships items

They set a specific ship date and it s been almost a month and a half now with no shipping They give generic responses saying that in 2 weeks there will be shipment They also try to guilt you by saying they re a family who works on this and tries to give you a sad story They lack accountability and integrity I highly suggest you do not order from this brand The item I got was a preorder with limited stock but like I said did not ship at all Also no stock was available to begin with Do not fall for their stories or their sales They shouldn t be running them if they can t meet customer demands Or if the product does not exist to begin with Huge scam Update in response to their stupid response this had a November 15th ship date They also gaslit me into this being my fault because I ordered a preorder item and said the only people who are upset with them are the preorders Maybe ship your items when you say and people wouldn t be mad I also think I only got my refund because I disputed the charge with my bank PLEASE DISPUTE WITH YOUR BANK IF THEYRE GHOSTING YOU They re a disgusting business They also delete comments from their instagram posts of people trying to ask them about their late orders

Don t buy they are scammers

I made a purchase on August 4 2024x spending 354 euros Today December 23 2024 I didn t yet received my pack I wrote many mails and they always told me that it would arrive but it was never sent They are scammers Don t trust of them I have all the emails

COMPANY WITHOUT COMMITMENT

The first purchase we made at Fillyboo was delivered in 15 days The others went wrong they were purchased in August and are still on the way and my purchases made at the beginning of November have not even been posted Before making these purchases I sent several emails to Fillyboo informing them that I would be traveling at the end of the year and would only be interested if the items arrived on time and everything was confirmed by Elle and Laura that the items would be posted in December and would all arrive before the end of the year Nothing was simply posted One of the orders I made in August and luckily it arrived using a poor quality postal service Sendle It took 30 days from shipping to delivery even though I had already waited 3 months for shipping The items are expensive and they should use a better delivery service especially since we are from another country They also created a label through DHL for an order that never arrived I am sending emails daily to find out about my orders and I am not receiving any responses

Avoid this company at all costs Here s my story

I placed an order for a 700 dress on 22 October that was supposed to be delivered starting 15 November Since then it s been nothing but lies and false promises On 12 November they claimed the dress was 10 days away from being completed On 27 November they said it was 3 days away from arriving at their warehouse and being dispatched On 5 December they claimed it would ship within 7 days and even promised to send it directly from the factory in India to save time On 17 December Pippa the owner emailed me trying to guilt-trip me saying they re a family business facing delays and personally packing orders in the UK completely forgetting their earlier claim that the dress would ship directly from India On 22 December I received a fake shipping number and since then they ve stopped responding to my emails This company is a scam plain and simple They take your money lie about timelines and provide no accountability Save yourself the stress and avoid them entirely Edit They send me an email stating that my order was cancelled after blocking 700 of my money for almost three months Now they re telling me I ll get a refund in 10 days but the damage is done I ve missed both Black Friday and Boxing Day discounts because of their incompetence I m heartbroken and furious Please stay away from this company

My Mum ordered a dress in October that was on pre-order for mid November She s been told about 3 different delivery estimates over the last few months which seem to be very changing - she ordered this dress for my wedding which is in 2 weeks and is so upset as she s spent 600 and has waited months with still no tracking number or dress Fillyboo emailed my Mum mid Dec saying she d be sent a tracking email in 2 days - still no tracking details Poor customer service empty promises and absolutely terrible to think they could take so much money from people Don t advertise dresses that you can t fulfil orders for in the dates stated on your website Really gutted honestly

Awful experience

I won t ever order from Fillyboo or recommend to anyone I know The two piece set that arrived was so different from the photos I explained in detail back to the store and the customer service was greatly unhelpful and I had to email more than 6 times to get a response I thought I had been scammed as it took weeks and weeks to get a refund Additionally the sizing was so bad I ordered a small and extra-small and both were too large by a ridiculous amount and I m a standard size 8 S The worst online shopping experience I ve ever encountered
