This is the second time I ve used Harriette and Alison from FAC I didn t hesitate to use them again after the first time Again Harriette was great to work with She s very efficient personable and patient when it comes to those late night worrying emails Getting a mortgage is really stressful but I knew I was in good hands throughout the whole process Towards the end of the process we were handed over to Alison who kept us updated at all stages I definitely don t want to apply for another mortgage any time soon but when I do I ll be going through Harriet and team again
