It s a waste of time in The Netherlands market

Terrible website service Did not help me at all in finding a place to rent and they continued to charge me the monthly fee after I DELETED my account When I contacted customer service they said that I needed to cancel my subscription and refused to refund me the charges even after acknowledging that my account had been deleted I couldn t even log in to the website because there was no account to log in to yet they continued to charge me for it

This is a paid subscription site They promise access to contact details of landlords but what they provide is links to plenty of other sites where you have to pay again for access to details It s a waste of time Besides you cannot cancel your suscription inmediately I do not recommend to use this site to search room in The Netherlands I don t know if it s useful in other countries And I continue now answering to your reply As I said I don t know if in other countries Findrentals provides with any direct leads but as far as I can check in my search for a room studio in Tilburg The Netherlands all leads you provide are links to other NON FREE sites If I want to contact the landlords I have to register and pay for access in those sites Therefor my advise to people looking for housing in The Netherlands is that Findallrentals is a waste of time Skip them and go directly to other sites

Over already 3 weeks ago I canceled during the Trial period of my subscription But I was charged 60 euros anyway when I even got a confirmation email from THEIR SERVICE that my subscription was canceled Long answers strange answers - they are covered by scripts and don t want to refund it s obvious I have all the proof that the subscription was canceled on June 4 2024 and the debit took place on June 6 2024 I feel like I am in contact with scammers On my last message where I pointed it out to them mismatch of dates sent a confirmation email its copy to technical support all screenshots and so on I ve been waiting for a response for more than 2 days 60 euros flew off my card AFTER the trial period which is unpaid and free was canceled

There s no warning through email that you r free trial is ending soon and they charge you twice for one month too I had the worst experience with this website i lost 80 because of it and that s not a amount of money i was willing to throw out the window

I signed up for the free trial after that I wanted to cancel the next day and it showed that I don t have existing membership with them one week later I was charged 39 when I tried to check for any membership it turned out that I still don t have one I contacted the website but no answer still This is ridiculous
