Finding this a good experience

I am new to this site found it fairly easy to use but still finding my way round I have used other sites but finding Findmy past slightly simpler

Lots of information sources

I have been searching my family tree for several years and Findmypast is a great source of information I subscribe to two sites and Findmypast is the one I use the most I find the search facility easy to use and to narrow down the search I have found several interesting articles that include family members in the newspaper collection

Good site

Good site - I appreciated the free trial and enjoyed the easy to use features I managed to find my way back through the layers very quickly Only drawback is I am not in a position to pay for a full subscription to further my search

The information i had collected was available even though I hadnt been on the site for quite some time so it was great to carry on without having to double check etc

Resarch made easy I have been researching for several years but I have found the site easy to negotiate and th hints have progressed my tree much mor quickly than I would ever have managed I am really impressed

Great coverage of newspapers in the eighteenth century an era in which I am very interested Your search engines return very helpful information

Newspaper items and 1921 census Easy to navigate and download items A few newspaper items were hard to find due to program unable to identify text i had in search box and too much text on newspaper page to search so I gave up 1921 census was great found all names I needed easy to find and read Some transcript errors that were reported Easy to download If I knew the place for a search in 1921 census it was easier and quicker to get the correct information Had a great time with the newspapers n

I needed to end my subscription due to rising cost of living over winter I spoke to a lovely helpful lady Joanna who understood She cancelled my subscription now I can relax But I will rejoin asap
