POOR customer service
I placed an order for my wife s diamond eternity ring ready for valentines day via their website I gave plenty of time for this to be completed and made sure I also commented in the box I would need it for 14th Feb I also mentioned in the comments that as my wife was currently on maternity leave please could they send it to my work address No communication from the company until 3 weeks later on the day they were looking to send it to advise a its ready b no they have to send it to my home address This was on the 9th Feb They did advise they would send it next so as it was being sent by Special Delivery it would be there either Saturday which is a lie as you have to pay extra for that service or Monday by 1pm at the latest I received the SD reference number which wouldn t work on track and trace all weekend After speaking to Royal Mail today they confirmed it had a digit missing After picking up the phone to FDrus they confirmed the correct number and dropped in that actually it hadn t been sent It has actually only been posted today at 11 34am which I am sure they knew when they sent an incorrect tracking number POOR SERVICE with NO communication early in the order to confirm that they couldn t ship to a different address and lies after regarding postage This isn t just a rant but its here for anyone else in my situation to see that this type of customer service is not acceptable and I would advise you to stay away and order from other websites shops

Do not order from this website
I made the mistake of ordering a ring just after Christmas Took a good 2 weeks to arrive no communication or order updates Ordered more than one for choice and sent various emails to check I could return Not one of my emails was responded to I eventually received the items and sent a request to return other items Had to phone several times sent emails to request a return Emailed for a return address to use no response Phoned very unhelpful staff Sent items back and they were signed for the next morning No refund weeks later Sent emails phoned so many times chasing my refund Was told the items have been misplaced Was promised a refund Still didn t receive a refund phoned company and no answer Eventually told email would be sent confirming refund No email received no refund received Avoid this company It s more trouble than it s worth No response and I m still owed a refund almost 2 months after placing my order Had to pay charges on my credit card as I ve waited so long

Had many problems with my order
Had many problems with my order Paid for a ring on 28 11 19 finally got a ring that fitted on 13 2 20 it broke on 20 2 20 I emailed and asked for a refund on the grounds that the goods were faulty rang 4 times and over a week later was told they would replace the ring but wouldn t give me a refund As the last one broke after a week and took so long to arrive I don t want another one I don t trust them enough to send the ring back and will never order from them again Think twice before ordering from this company

Please read reviews before you buy anything
Just read the reviews below and I really wish I had not bought a ring via Amazon for my partner I bought a ring on 7th September via Amazon for her birthday in October When she opened the box she had tried the ring on she had noticed there was a stone missing I had to go through Amazon many times to get any reply from the seller as they failed to reply to my numerous texts I was then advised that as it was past 30 days from the date of our had they would not refund me but would do a repair I sent the ring back 3 weeks ago via next day special delivery which the seller received and to date I have still not received it back Again I had to go through Amazon another 4 times and speak to their customer services team as I did not get any replies back from the seller All I wanted was the ring I bought back or a refund which Amazon are now processing The last correspondence from the seller to Amazon was that the ring would be back to us on Tuesday 14th December I still haven t received any reply from the seller to confirm how the sent to me and the seller has also failed to reply to Amazons customer services My advice to any potential buyers is definitely read the reviews first as if I had done this there s no way I would have bought anything

Apalling service AVOID
Defective product which fell apart after a week of being on my fiance s finger Took the ring to an independent jeweller who said that 3 of the 4 claws had wear one of which had snapped completely Their advice was that this should not occur prior to several years of wear in genuine platinum jewellery Since then the seller has been incommunicative and unhelpful in processing a return Thankfully I purchased through Amazon and they are at least investigating this with a view to refunding so I don t need to rely on this terrible company to get my money back

Absolutely shocking service from Fine Diamonds R Us I order through ebay 2 diamond earrings unfortunately I did lost one I asked them to make me one which they been helpful till I made payment Then things went only worst I send my previous earing so they could match to pair Size and quality was shocking there was 1 mm difrence and stud was bend few degrees and snapped They forget to return old earing they did finally after few days Replacement for damaged one never had a place they promised some solutions replaying to massages was taking them weeks They asked me to return certificates for both earing to make me new pair and that s last time I heard from them I will open small claim against them as they not replaying to my massages This is warning for future customers so they know how bad they are

scammerspurchased a diamond ring a few weeks back called up today as still not received to be informed that there was a problem with the order apoarently the price we paid was only for the gold not the diamond due to an error on the website they wanted us to pay 3 times what we had already paid waiting for a refund

Do not buy from them to seve yourself hassle as they are scam They will sell you defective item and when you ruturn you will end up with nothing They also have few other ways to scam people Owner is disrespectful and dishonest person Beware before you buy anything from them You will end up with nothing I have won arguments throug tribunal court but they still provide faulty product he is taking this as a joke
