Atrocious service Order placed for 110 99 on 10th October Nothing has been delivered after three emails chasing them up still nothing has been delivered How do I get my money back

Want to deal with a rude and arrogant man - order from Fine Wine Direct

Do not order from this company I ordered a bottle of sparking wine I paid 12 for postage delivery and a week later I found myself chasing them for the purchase as it was a gift I emailed no response I sent a chat no response Then like magic I get an email a week later saying my order was getting ready to be dispatched I left a voicemail and got a call back and the arrogant man started blaming me and arguing with me that I did not read the fine print Finally when I said I was not arguing and I wanted a refund he claimed he would refund Shocking customer services and I will never use this company again and recommend steering clear and using another wine company for your purchases

I ordered 3 bottles of limited edition of NYEtimber over a week ago for a Christmas present Small print says dispatch within 7 working days and then 48hrs for delivery Which should have been here for Christmas The wine hasn t even been dispatched 140 and nothing I d avoid

I have been buying from fine wine I have been buying from fine wine direct for the last 4 years I have ordered many times my current favourite wine is the Margaux declassified the whole service is excellent I cannot fault it I order far too much rose from fine I order far too much rose from fine wine direct my personal favs being Rock Angel and les Clans I love buying Whispering Angel on sale as it s always a great deal considering my local wine merchant sells it at almost double the price
