No responds to refund about lost package
I have ordered a number of products worth 100 euros from fini In the end the package turned out to be missing of course this can happen After this I received an email saying to wait for the investigation at the carrier 14 days after the last tracking update Should it not be delivered and nothing become known from the investigation I got my money back Now this has gone on for quite some time and I get no response from Fini Customer service is at a poor level
