Don t use this delivery service
Delivery from TikTok shop delivery attempt tried once failed to take any notice of delivery instructions This was supposed to be 1 out of 3 delivery attempts Parcel never seen again customer service was very poor After a week items got cancelled and getting a refund Disgusting service all round to be honest

Unpaid Wages and Ignored Messages Taking FinMile to Court
FinMile owes me nearly 5 000 They still haven t paid me or several other drivers who delivered TikTok parcels in November and December 2024 I ve sent countless messages and emails and I even reached out to their founder on LinkedIn but he hasn t replied either We re all taking this to court to claim our payments It s insane that we have to go through this situation

Horrible company who doesn t pay their
Horrible company who doesn t pay their staff expect their staff to be out delivering for 12 hours and will deduct your payment significantly if you dont deliver all your parcels which will take ages on a big bulky bicycle that can t go over 15 mph there have been many occasions where I have been working from 6 45am up to 10-11pm which is abnormal and they haven t paid me a dime to this day DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE IF YOU VALUE YOUR PARCELS
