Let me start by saying I first signed up for my son He is a volunteer firefighter When his first short came I was absolutely in love The quality of the shirt is 10 10 the stickers were a great little surprise addition and I absolutely love the cardboard printout that tells you a little about the fire department It s SO much for the price WELL WORTH IT After my son received his shirt I reached out to customer service simply by responding to an email and informed them I wanted an additional short added to my monthly prescription This was done quickly I have reached out to them a couple of times and they are always so responsive I absolutely love this company and would HIGHLY recommend this subscription I normally don t do subscriptions and this is my only one and so worth it
