I can highly recommend this company from start to finish their professionalism has exceeded our expectations Our media wall looks absolutely fabulous So we would like to thank Rob in the sales office for explaining the whole process from start to finish and steering us in the right direction in our choice of fire Mo and Soran the fitters who have created our dream and put their heart and soul into making it happen they never stopped and went above and beyond to put everything back as it was you were a pleasure to have in our home thank you so much great jobs lads

Excellent customer service from the very first message to the day our media wall was installed Aaron constantly kept us up to date and couldn t have been more helpful Then the fitters who came listened to exactly what we wanted and were fantastic Would 100 recommend

Great service straight from the off lots of advice about fire TV the fitters were absolutely amazing went above beyond very clean tidy nothing too much trouble they even fixed my leaking radiator and swapped a plug socket for me of there own accord Highly recommend

We contacted Fireplace saver to arrange installation of a media wall after seeing them on social media Their customer service was fantastic the showroom wasn t close enough for us to visit however we received detailed videos of the fire and potential designs available for the media wall We absolutely love our media wall the firez 1500 slimline is exactly what we wanted and the wall design is perfect Would highly recommend

I recently had a gas stove installed from the Fireplace Saver Team Our chimney was a little different to a standard set up but Aaron knew exactly what we needed After a quick survey we got everything ordered and the install was complete within just a few weeks This is the first property I have bought which has been quite stressful however the whole process with Fireplace Saver was completely stress free and organised to suit me Thank you guys

The whole process from start to finish was excellent Aaron from fireplace saver kept me well informed Barry who fitted my media wall was lovely He kept in regular contact checking to ensure that I was happy every step of the way Barry and his team of electrical and plaster worked hard and left a first class job No complaints with work of very high standard I wouldn t hesitate to recommend Very tidy and cleared up even hoovered
