It s been 2 weeks since I placed my order and I still have no updates on delivery I have emailed First Aid Deals and they haven t responded I m now going to have to raise a dispute with my bank Not impressed very poor service

Says it all when the company doesn t respond to negative reviews Bought a kit specifically as it included water purifying tablets and blister plasters allegedly these plus other item was missing and no response using online form or email - very disappointing

We ordered multi coloured ones and received all white ones sent an email to state this and still no reply extremely disappointed and very poor after sales

Beware Poor communication and long lead times

I found there was warning that the item I ordered would take 5 weeks to arrive I tried several times to contact the supplier by email and got no response at all not even an acknowledgement of my emails so I had to order from another source But I will retain this item as I will use it eventually

Item not delivered Is this a scam company

Ordered 09 03 24 Shipping is 3-5 working days Not received Rang Royal Mail and they still have not received it in their network as at 21 03 24 Emailed company and came back email not recognised Went through contact form and no response yet So today will be contacting credit card company and ask for a charge back Won t bother again Useless company

Not responding to emails have both purchase confirmation email and a subsequent purchase not yet completed offers email Transaction completed with my bank so will disputing and requesting a reversal Contact form isn t responded to and email links to contact them go no where

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANYOrdered 6 Hot cold pain relief pads with velcro pouch and individual boxes on 18th April the items were purchased for a disabled friend who has mobility issues The items arrived without the individual velcro pouches and no boxes I contacted SAM EIGHT TIMES before an email was sent saying the error would be corrected 27 DAYS LATER I AM STILL WAITING

Stay away from this firm

They took my money and despite 4 emails over 6 weeks I have neither heard from them received my order or been reimbursed There appears to be no other contact details than the email Shoddy service
