Cannot buy ticket remotely for disabled daughter
So I have an adult daughter who lives 30 miles away She is terrible with money due to slight learning difficulties I tried buying her a ticket and they do not allow people to buy tickets for other adults I have gone through customer service before with no problems this month however I was briskly told that it was not policy and therfore I could not do it I do not want to send her money but I also do not want her without the means to get around Firstbus do better for helping the disabled and for the general public lic

Second Time Being Shouted At By Driver
Tonight was the second time I have been shouted at by rude aggressive drivers I dared to lift my card off the machine a second too early the driver barked at me get back here and have some patience as he rolled his eyes A few weeks ago my sister and I were bawled at by the driver YOU NEED TO MOVE NOW when a passenger in a wheelchair boarded the bus He actually came over to us to shout in front of the other passengers We were happy to move even though we were not near the wider access area there was no need to shout at us in a rude aggressive manner Absolutely disgusting lack of customer service or basic manners The majority of drivers simply ignore you or grunt when you speak to them Would give zero stars if possible

Incompetent money grabbing company
Waiting for 20 mins on a 25 electric bus at Red Lion Street Norwich It was working fine when I got on but now broken down Totally incompetent and useless bus company Can t even get it right with new electric buses Norwich Council need to tender public bus services out to a better company And I also overheard another bus driver tell his colleague that although he has come in for a 30 minute course on driving the electric buses he will get paid for 7 and a half hours At least we know where the money is going from the extortionate bus fares First should be ashamed of itself disgusting money grabbing company

UNFIT FOR PURPOSE SERVICE
Wouldn t know where to start Absolutely disgraceful service and after 7 years of daily use have become considerably worse Just took 1hr 10 mins from Brighouse to Bradford horrendous no service whatsoever all been cut don t turn up turn up late can t get on cos too full Used to be every 10 mins now it s just whenever pot luck For me to travel 7 miles to work I need to allow over an hour in planning around what is a completely unfit for purpose service HORRENDOUS

Not allowing complaintsThey are massaging the figures by not allowing you to make a legitimate complaintThey drove past a stop with multiple people to pick up When I called to complain they took ages and did not log the complaint saying the driver was not scheduled to stop thereThe monitor clearly stated that he was so they liedThe agent I spoke to was a dheadIf I could score nothing that s what they would getDisgusting all roundThey would not exist without paying customersVery poor and pissed me right off

I remember the good old days
I remember the good old days when buses were cheap on time and at regular intervals Nowadays none of that is true I understand with inflation comes higher prices but surely it doesn t also mean degrading a service that is for the public NOT happy about this one bit Get your act together

I took a bus this morning
I took a bus this morning bus 2 from regent walk at about 8 12 the driver was so rude and he is a racist I bought all week ticket from him and he didn t mention to me that he didn t have the ticket holder I ask for a refund he also refused intead he was shouting and raising his voice at me because am black I am highly disappointed at the kind of drivers first bus employs to work for them

Unnecessary waiting on the 23A at heartsease roundabout this afternoon at 4 10pm Waited 10 mins at the bus stop for no reason We weren t even early bus running late because of driver hand over at Castle Meadow This company need to give extra training to their drivers as the one today hasn t got a clue Sort it out First

Probably the worst customer experience
Probably the worst customer experience and public transport system I ve ever had the displeasure of using Rude drivers who dont signal when passengers should approach the bus when ready Instead drives off and lays the blame on you Scheduled buses that also never arrive For the price that they charge you d expect at least a crumb of decent quality
