I ve been banking with First Entertainment Credit Union since 2021 and I ve had nothing but amazing experiences with them In 2023 I decided to buy a new car and applied for a loan with them They went above and beyond to make the process seamless and stress-free Not only did they approve me for a loan to buy my dream car a new Cadillac but they also offered me a high-limit credit card and a line of credit all with just one hard inquiry on my Experian report The level of service I received was outstanding Before I applied I had the opportunity to speak with someone in the credit department who helped me fine-tune my application He was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to walk me through the process while I was on the phone with him He stayed in constant communication with me during underwriting ensuring everything went smoothly Even after my car loan was approved they continued to support me through the process as I worked with the dealership Their team s dedication and willingness to help at every step blew me away I had the best experience with First Entertainment Credit Union and I ll be using them exclusively for my lending needs in the future I can t say enough good things about them Highly recommended
