I haven t received the item I purchased more than 8 weeks ago no one responded to my enquiries via email or on your website and there was a complete lack of follow up Very poor service would not recommend you to anyone

Terrible Thought I was ordering from a shop in Florida but package is coming from China If it s coming at all Placed an order a month ago for Xmas and never recieved it Had to ask multiple times if it was shipped pretty sure I recieved a fake tracking number when it was finally provided package is still in preshipment and not been updated in a week Never recieved the 10 off coupon If I could give negative stars I would

Fake fake fake Will never even buy anything from this fake online store I purchased a bike KTM shirt for my colleague was never charged shipping the store sent me a confirmation email with fake tracking number and the item was supposedly delivered to florida instead of michigan Very disappointed I co reacted the store approaching them that they are fake and they said my money will be reimbursed - a lie I went to my bank and filed a disputed and got my money back the credit card was canceled STAY AWAY

I made an order on December 29th I received an e-mail that my order was received It said I would receive an e-mail when my order was shipped I NEVER received a 2nd e-mail OR my order I sent Firstgearmoto several e-mails no reply Terrible I contacted my credit card to dispute the charge they delayed and delayed It isn t resolved I would NEVER order again

Fraudulent scammers

If you have bought anything from Firstgearmoto I suggest you CANCEL YOUR CREDIT CARD and get your bank to refund you before it is too late Odain Sheppard and Kwesi Sheppard are fraudulent scammers Odain and Kwesi I feel sorry for your mother

If 0 Stars was an option I would be selecting that This company is a joke it s been over 100 days now since I placed an order and nothing has come of it after countless emails I have sent to them they still haven t been able to sort anything out only excuse after excuse the deals may look good but trust me go somewhere else this isn t safe

FIRSTLY DO NOT LISTEN TO THE POSITIVE REVIEWS THEY RE FAKE ACCOUNTS OPENED BY THE CON ARTISTS THEMSELVES Terrible service from this company Despite paying for my jacket on 1st May 2019 I have not received anything Contacted them 2 weeks ago and was told I d get a tracking number nothing came Contacted them again with no response They have 79 of my money and I m having to take this up with the credit card company I m disgusted with their treatment of me UPDATE I received a tracking number which said it would be delivered by last Monday but surprise surprise nothing arrived Read other reviews on this company and USPS very elaborate con artists I ve now been refunded by my card company There are some horrible people out there be careful
