Glen Ty were a life saver Horrendously blocked drain at my holiday house next to the hot tub The initial office was accurate when they could come out and he phoned to give me an update Difficult job as old clay pipes but successful Also camera survey revealed why the drain had blocked Cleared up neatly afterwards Many thanks

The lady on the phone was clear and reassuring giving an estimate of cost Billy arrived as promised He was polite friendly and he sorted the problem with a minimum of fuss He succeeded where others had failed and he left things immaculate I would be very happy to recommend him and for him to deal with any problems we have in future

Had a visit scheduled to check drains and we were sent a chap called Tom He was absolutely superb Very knowledgeable very thorough very professional and the kind of person any company is lucky to have Absolute credit to the business

Good service Josh is very personable and inspires confidence These services are not cheap so this is important We had a CCTV survey to find where a drain junction was followed by a drain liner installation and locating uncovering and raising the drain cover So now we where it is Done over 2 days as the weather become atrocious on day one Nice job

I called first local in desperation as my shower had blocked and no amount of drain fluid or plunger would shift the problem The failure was identified by CCTV which I saw as being in the sewer pipe which was blocked and cracked in two places The engineer Mick at all times explained to me what was going on and was knowledgeable professional and caring I was particularly impressed as another engineer but in a different area who happened to be on the premises found Mick to be totally trustworthy
