Father in law recieved a ticket for a car he didn t own and which had been part exchanged 4 weeks before the ticket was issued Receipts of sale and proof provided in writing No response and now the debt collectors are chasing payment and demanding even more money Looks like we will have a good day in court Rubbish company can t talk to them big bully tactics Disgrace

Just had a parking bailiff fine no previous communication letters telephone call nothing about a parking fine had been enforced There is no signage at Centenary Quay Limited to show you must pay for parking or hours of service They do not have a customer service team you can contact Disgusting service and scam merchants BEWARE

Thieving dishonest companyWe got a 150 fine for parking at centenary quay s under Mettricks -Woolston-SouthamptonIt was after hours- No signs- no pay pointNo letter to our address to say we had a fine - so we could dispute or get an early payment reduction Naturally you cant call them or the bailiff- Direct Collections Obviously they make more money by not sending you a letter of notification as they make more money putting the Debt collection bailiffs on you and so no early payment reduction How can they impose such a high fine- its disgusting- Karma coming your companies way as this is daylight robbery

These money grabbers are employed by South Devon Healthcare Trust on their Torbay Hospital site As a hospital worker it s one thing to have to pay for your parking at work it s quite another when you do so and then you re fined for parking in patient spaces Surely if someone is parking and paying it should not make any difference Furious and irritated beyond believe On top of that the one ticket I had to pay so far they tried to charge me twice for

This company are absolute scum of the earth their dodgy ticket machines don t work most of the time probably on purpose then because you can t pay for your parking they might send you a letter asking for 80 but usually they don t even arrive you just get a debt collection letter for 150 How are these scam artists not moderated better

This must be one of the worst companies in UK I am totally surprised that public sector institutions have working relationships with a company of this standard If I were responsible for such transactions I would urgently review Poor communication and policy to handle queries among other things Have no words for this one

My friend I I have worked nights at the hospital throughout the pandemic parked our cars in the same spot Which We have used during this time 2 minutes after I got out of the car no warning notices we was issued with a parking fine ticket I honestly think they was sat waiting Disgusting treatment for NHS workers

Total scum and a scam should be shut down I appealed because their sign was so small and up in the air not only that I was let into the parking by officials for an event Later I get a notice from the debt collector DCBL even bigger scum the parking was 80 and they want 150 I try in good faith to pay First parking and my ticket does not exist-this cannot be legal Is this even legal or a criminal scam operation PLEASE BE CAREFUL OUT THERE-SCUM ALERT

Scammers Mistyped a letter when putting in my reg number Paid for 4 hours even though I stayed 1 hour No letters nothing for 2 months - then I get a final warning letter from Dcbl bailiffs demanding 155 or I m taken to court When I type in my parking notice ref number for appeal as found on the dcbl letter nothing comes up so how am I meant to appeal
