This is my first time leasing a vehicle and I have to say FVL have been amazing Everyone I had the pleasure of dealing with have been fantastic The process was slightly elongated by the amount of information the finance company were asking for however the team at FVL were really professional and assisted me throughout the whole process A massive THANK YOU to Nick Analise Leeanne Tina I would definitely recommend their services and will be returning once this lease period ends

From first contact with John and then through to Ross they ve been brilliant throughout We ve ordered several cars before and never had as good service and communication Ross has been amazing all the way through and his communication and speed of response has been second to none

I was very pleased with the service that Nick Tynan provided he was friendly very efficient and when I hit a few snags with financing he was excellent in ensuring that communications were relayed promptly to get me my car within a couple of weeks He also did an after sales call to ensure I was happy and answer any questions I had So excellent service well done Nick

I have received a first class service from Ruth She has been keeping me updated very regularly and been very understanding of my situation with needing a lease car fast The car hasn t been delivered yet but she has been very pro active at ensuring the application was quick and stress free and provided regular updates

Great Service

This was my 1st time leasing a car thanks to FVL the experience was excellent I had a few problems along the way My own doing but John Hart was extremely helpful and guided me all through the process Will have no hesitation in using FVL again in the future

The leasing consultant Nick was fantastic every step of the way making the whole process of setting up and delivering the car as smooth and straightforward as I could have hoped for From selecting the car online to getting the credit checks and agreement in place took about 24hrs Nick was easy to get in touch with afterwards to answer my various questions and was always happy to help The car arrived in excellent condition and so far I m extremely pleased with everything
