Excellent service from when Ashley came to estimate to the fitters coming arrived on time had two visits one visit to install heaters and the second visit ti install the hot water system Both fitters both very professional system explained I spoke to Danny on the telephone later and he talked me through several times in how to set the thermostats Thank you Fischer

Hi We needed to either have the whole house re-plumbed for new gas central heating or bite the bullet and go electric Fischer s has made a lovely job The old gas stuff removed and some very stylish electric wave heaters put in all in one day The fitters were friendly and efficient and left the house clean The heaters are easy to use once I had looked up how to set the control unit on YouTube the instruction leaflet really wasn t much good The heaters really work well and put out loads of heat for ages after they are actually off so they are going to be cheaper to run than I thought They are expensive but to re-plumb a whole house with associated redecorating costs would probably have been worse My only complaint is that the initial meeting with the sales rep felt a bit of a hard sell 4000 off if you book today and the 50 deposit was a bit of a surprise and was difficult to find with no notice But I am delighted with the finished product and hopefully I will never have to do anything to the house regarding heating ever again Thanks

Very happy with everything from visit from Billy very knowledgeable explained the workings of the heaters To James and Gary who removed 4 storage heaters and replaced them 4 tide heaters They arrived on time no mess very professional Had the heaters on over the last few days very pleased how warm the house feels Thank you all for excellent service and to Danny for follow up call

Excellent service from beginning to end From the initial sale with no hard sell through to the full installation System was explained in easy to understand terms and a miniature working unit showed how it works Kept updated throughout Plumbers and electricians arrived on time and were friendly and polite The old system was removed without any mess and the new one installed quickly efficiently and again with no mess Plumbing was completed in a day including new hot water system and the electricians left us the next day Cannot fault their workmanship We were shown how to set up and alter the thermostats in an easy to understand way Due to the lack of summer we have already used the radiator in the lounge it heated up quickly and left the room feeling comfortably warm All in all very pleased

Great new heating system

The work was completed professionally with no mess left behind We had a problem with one heater turning on when it should not have done but this was quickly sorted with a phone call the heater just needed to be re-synchronised with the thermostat Possibly on the next revision of the manual it would be worth amending to show how to enter multiple times

A few teething problems with time of

A few teething problems with time of installation but this was sorted efficiently and we could not be more delighted with our bathroom heater and would definitely recommend this Company

I had a very good experience when I ordered and had my heaters from Fischer The rep was very good and gave us a lot of information and when we had the heaters fitted there wasn t any mess The heaters are great and I would highly recommend them They give out great heat and stay warm for ages after you ve switched them off Great purchase

FischerHeat storage heater

We have had our new storage heater from Fischer installed July 24 ready for winter After our initial enquiry with the company all the people we have dealt with either on the phone or in our home have been very professional The installation was efficient and the friendly workmen left everything clean and tidy They talked us through the operating instructions and explained when we come to use the heater in the winter we would be able to phone the company with any questions An excellent experience with FischerHeat all round
