Amazing excellent first class Engineer Jiy and service A
We ve had our American style fridge freezer for almost 5 years first time every gone wrong and needed a call out The booking process was easy given an hour time slot on the morning of Jiy our engineer was fantastic Couldn t have been any more helpful he went over and above to fix our fridge it was exactly what he said replaced the fan added bonus got out ice machine working too That s been out of action since Covid A really pleasant helpful chap and fantastic engineer got the job done quick took me through some tips and best bit no charge as just within the warranty period What an A class service all round never had that experience before with any manufacturer before or engineer Thank you so so much Jiy That s made our Christmas A
