Great shop excellent customer service

10 out of 10 for the guys at glasgow angling centre I recently ordered something from their website When the item arrived one of the clips had broken off I contacted them about it and The item was replaced quick time They apologised to me for the inconvenience and sent a replacement right away Really good service I would also like to say that i have phoned this shop a couple of times and asked a few questions about things i wasnt sure about I have not been fishing long so the questions i had were pretty dumb questions for an experienced angler The guy who i spoke to on the phone was brilliant He took his time and fully explained everything to me He didnt have to do this and i am very thankful that he did This kind of thing goes a long way We need more people like this around Friendly and helpful I will definately buy from this shop againThank you
