Broken Belt

I have a gym bike I contacted Fitkit as I believed a belt had broken They arranged for someone to come and service the bike order and install the broken belt Communication was good throughout Abid and Shaf sorted everything out Great company and great customer service Five star service

We are not review-writing people but on this occasion felt we had to write one After some great advice from two different people at Fit-Kit we opted for a reconditioned Precor RBK835 recumbent bike for 649 about 6 years old and remember this was around 4k when new Courier delivery was easier than we expected and friendly driver took the pallet away there and then Once we got it inside we were so impressed far less wear and tear compared with the web pics you would expect it the other way around The bike itself is perfect for our needs and one we used regularly in a gym but no need to pay 35 a month now The whole experience was great - everyone wants value for money when purchasing any product this represents fantastic value for money and we would recommend to anyone Don t go to a high street retailer and buy plastic rubbish when you can get commercial quality for less money

Amazing Quality - Outstanding Customer Service

Ordered a used Matrix X Trainer off them good communication between order and delivery with Chloe giving updates and then delivery day Tyler and Cam are Superstars Nothing too much trouble genuinely enthusiastic about the product extremely knowledgeable and they wouldn t leave until they and we were happy Such a standout customer experience from these 2 guys - amazing I cannot recommend FitKit highly enough

FitKitUK couldn t provide a better service I made an order at about lunchtime and they delivered to my door before the next morning All the staff are always really friendly and in my experience if FitBitUK have stock of what I require I would always order from them first

I really don t know why there are so many negative reviews about this company I placed an order for a 700 cross trainer and it arrived within approx 10 days They always replied to me and the unit is in the condition promised I would gladly use them again I have never used them before and I have received no incentive for this review either
