Advice Book Directly Avoid Poor Service

Advice Book directly with the place that does the testing Fitnescity is only a booking agent that raises the price and takes a cut The service it books for you would be much better by the fitness centers themselves First The driving directions I was given led me to believe it was at a hospital rehab center Instead I ended up outside a large gym with no labeling of Fitnescity or the Hospital Name I called three phone numbers for Fitnescity before getting a human who then apologized but said the testing was in the gym Once in the rehab center of hospital a technician got me for my testing Turns out I could have had the same testing for a significant amount less money AND he would have sat down with me to go over the results Instead I got a print out then a weekend later an email from Fitnescity that I could access my results if I filled out a form which i had already filled out once I did it two more times then went around with the phone calls and emails again I got one line finally and the pages would not load fully It took 24 hours before the images would load fully Whew So - now I can access my results BUT without paying more I can t ask any questions Like why is my RMR listed in the 1300 s AND in the 1500 s Which is it And why has a calorie deficit not resulted in weight loss This makes no sense It would be helpful to have someone to talk it through with But with Fitnescity - you have to pay extra for that I guess BTW - it is included if you book directly through the rehab center - Part of their SERVICE Wow A concept

Not trustworthy

Purchased 2 Dexa sessions in Miami and they over-estimated my body fat on the second scan just to get me to pay 195 for a coaching session Not trustworthy It also took them a whole week to get my false results

SCAM alert Customer service is very slow in responding to any communication There is no phone number to call so you have to rely on email I scheduled my testing and after my date was confirmed they cancelled my appointment and automatically rescheduled me several weeks later at a time that I was not available When I asked for a refund due to the schedule changes I was informed that this was not possible

Tests are conducted improperly even contradicting their own website Use a different service if you would like accurate results

SCAMMY - big hassle to get results

SCAMMY BIG HASSLE TO GET MY RESULTS CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SLOW ORCOMPLETELY NONRESPONSIVE Had my scan over a week ago at Jacksonville FL locatio my THIRD one but never got results Customer service said I had to complete another release form and this had been sent to me before the appointment-- IT WAS NOT I completed it 2 days later and still no results I reached out to the support email again and was told my scan results were sent to me They are not Customer support is ONLY done by email and they take days to respond only to gaslight me saying they sent things that they clearly have not sent and when I tell them sontheynwait another two days to send an email asking me to check spam folder even though my original message had a screenshot of my spam folder with no email I paid over 100 for each scan I want my results or my money back

I paid for a test and can t get the results from Fitnescity

I paid for and scheduled a test I was sent an online health document which I completed promptly After getting a payment and scheduling confirmation from Fitnescity I contacted the local lab and learned that the appointment date and time Fitnescity confirmed wasn t what the lab confirmed Twenty four hours before the test which was two weeks after paying Fitnescity sent me an email with the time the lab confirmed It s been seven days since the test and Fitnescity hasn t provided the results Their telephone number is a recording saying use email or chat The chat is a bot I sent an email to which I m still waiting for a response The only gain I see to using Fitnescity is to get the doctor s order for the test And even that is a stretch because seven days later I m still awaiting the test results UPDATE December 07 2023I received an email today with a link to the detailed test results The information was in a different form than what comes from the lab and nothing beyond that I was also given a 20 refund for the delay and reminded of the physician consult that s included in the test cost

Horrible You have to pay in full when you make an appointment They emailed me the day before my appointment an canceled and wrote it like I canceled it I emailed asking for another appointment and got nothing Made an appointment through my doctor and asked Fitnescity for a refund again nothing Went to my bank and then got an email with another appointment 30 days out Mind you 3 months has now passed They won t address my emails and I haven t received my 200 back Read their reviews before you book
