Was nervous to start the gym as a first timer i choose fitness first as its close to where i live and what a great decision i made from day one of having a look round to actually starting and having a training guide all the staff are amazing and i have felt so welcomed Ive done a few classes and even then the instructors are great at what they do 100 recommended for anyone with doubts about joining this one is by far the best

Need to freeze membership

I ve needed to freeze my membership a number of times recently due to illness This has always been dealt with sympathetically and very helpfully which has been appreciated

TOM HARRIS PT - Bedford

Why should you think about having new PT instructor Tom Harris at Fitness first Bedford I met Tom after a nasty injury playing football snapping my Achilles I honestly thought I was getting no help recovering and getting back to the sport I love then came Tom he spent hours on building me a rehab plan getting extra advice from sports therapist to get me back playing going above beyond to make sure everything was right I was no easy client with knee problems also but he got me back playing Tom is easy to talk to changed program as and when needed when my body was tired He will be missed now he has moved but I wouldn t hesitate to train with him again

Great gym really good trainers who are always willing to lend a hand even if you aren t paying for private sessions

Been a FF customer for a number of years now the price tag reflects the quality gym nationwide I have been abroad a number of times and they kindly froze my account a number of times on request which i greatly appreciate
