Based on a number of bashing reviews on Trustpilot I embarked on a 40-day free trial at Fitness First Ladies Club - Frankfurt Sachsenhausen with many doubts Regardless of my pessimistic expectations the service was excellent incl welcoming meeting body analysis fitness plan creation and general guidance to the club facilities Also the club and its equipment met all my expectations Most importantly it was problem-free to cancel the 40-day free trial due to a personal reason without any hidden fees or unpleasant surprises As a result I would recommend Fitness First Ladies Club - Frankfurt Sachsenhausen to a friend

No possible to close contract
After 3 months a lot of emails i will try here Fitness First please close my contract You didnt answer for any of emails and still send me bills for months which should be out of contract People you should never give them your Iban believe me it will create a lot of issues for you this guys never answer never take care they just still money

Customer service can t be worse
After awaiting for a reply for over a month I ended up on IG looking for some kind of help I contacted them seeing that the customer service was still not replying to me Kathrin replied to me she definitely needs some training on how to address to a customer She was not only rude with his responses but also sarcastic To sum up Fitness first steal your money there is not a customer service or whatsoever and people that actually work there are rude and unfriendly and mislead you with the information Thanks FF for stealing my money MAKE YOURSELF A FAVOR AND RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Stealing-Money First gym
This is a gym that cares only about money and only care of stealing money from people They don t have clear policies I am leaving the city and and Fitness First gym is close to where I will be living and one of the employees informed me that I can cancel the contract but the management didn t accept There was no clear instructions during the contract There was no transparency To who ever I talk they guide me to talk email someone else It s only a matter of throwing responsibilities on each other This is what they call great and best costumer services

The worst costumer service FF Friedrichshain
I ve been attempting to temporarily suspend the contract for over 15 days now Despite sending the doctor s medical certificate rztliches Attest multiple times there s been a consistent delay in their response accompanied by claims of not receiving the attached file seemingly acting in bad faith This disrespectful behavior leaves me no choice but to consider legal action to ensure my rights are upheld The situation feels incredibly frustrating and absurd Update The situation was only resolved on 29 12 2023 after I left a negative review on Google Maps The manager promptly contacted me and addressed the issue I will maintain the negative review since it required multiple emails repeatedly attaching the same document and spending time writing negative reviews for the situation to be resolved I had to do all of this to have a RIGHT respected

Horrible email responsiveness
More than once when i had a problem and sent an email to FitnessFrist they simply didn t answer even though i resent emails asking for information to solve a problem i haveThis is very frustrating because german is not my first language and i take my time to write the email in the clearest way i can and they cant spend a single minute to reply me And honestly the problem should be very simple to solve I booked the 24 month subscription so this way i would not need to pay the Starting Fee But that Fee was booked from my account anyway Which is weird because i did everything at their website so this could not be a human errorI book the 24 month package to exactly not need to pay this fee and now i was charged for it anyway And worse of all i cant get this fixed because they dont reply my emails

Do not sign a contract with this Gym
Do not sign a contract with this Gym Was working in Pirmasens comming from Portugal and i went to this gym because it was the closest to my house upon getting there i informed the worker that was dealing with me that i didnt speak any german and we proceded to do the contract When doing the contract it was said to me by multiple employees that no matter what i could cancel the contract at any time by paying a 100euro cancelation fee Its been 5 months since i left Germany and i have tried to cancel the contract multiple times via email never getting a clear answer and never being allowed to cancel it Now they presented me a full bill to pay about this time i was trying to cancel the contract and a warning to pay in 10 days or they start a legal action against me Upon calling their service i got told i have to present a proof of residence outside of Germany pay all the fees pay 111euro more for cancelation and 4 more weeks of gym which comes to a total of more than 300euros Do yourself a favor and never sign any paperwork with this gym they have an extremely predatory way of acting and will lie to you blatantly in order for you to sign

Never sign contract Scam
FitnessFirst and SmileX whatever it is called is a cheap scammer gym I had already cancelled my contract because of moving to another town they didnt except my termination due to moving so I paid 7 months till the end of my contract but it didnt end with this They extended my contract for covid 7 months more They sent email that they would give 2 month s voucher but I have never received it Even if I had received 2 months voucher but 7 months extension of the contract I paid full in Corona times and I didnt terminate contract because of Corona They asked me to pay 1 month more additional and I didnt These things happened in 2020 and they still write to me about the 45 over Inkasso after 3 years Do you guys have any shame I will never go to this gym in my life and never let anyone around me go there I have more important things than dealing with your 45 so I will pay the Inkasso to get rid of you but I hope that you will go bankrupt as soon as possible
