Horrible service
Horrible service The delivery was 4 5 days late past the set delivery date confirmed by the delivery service s appointment system There was no response to 4 emails to customer service and to top it off the delivery guy drops off a 100kg package and refuses to help me get it off the street Do not order from them By the time I break my back getting it inside I hope my machine works

No customer service response no sign of goods ordered
Placed an order on 7th April for pair of dumbbell bars Said they were in stock delivery 40 and will get an email once despatched Now 14th April and not yet despatched Have contacted customer services on email 3 times and web chat and no response at all Nothing Are this company legitimate UPDATE - since writing this review I have now had a confirmation from the company and notification that the items will despatch It is a shame that it took writing a review online to achieve this and that my 3 chasing emails got nowhere However good to see that they are now on the case

Absolut disaster serviceR 2344436I have ordered from stock a DARWIN Indoor Bike EVO 30 Advanced payment 07 Apr - Several e-mail messages received that the packaging was delaying the process the delay is moved from 10 to 14 days After 3 calls and push finally I got the confirmation that it was sent The sending data should have been uploaded by the forwarder within 24 Hrs Even after 4 days no data is available When I make the next call Nbr 4 the line was cut after the receiving person asked me to wait a Moment Next call - endless waiting time A gentle lady picks up the phone after several minutes checks the system - Sorry your order is blocked I can t see it My cllegue will need to call you back in 1 Hrs All promises made are just not respected and it seems every step in the process needed to be followed up Today is 23 April - no trace This is more than a systematic scheme of delays excuses not living to promise avoidance of clear messages and neglectance of respect for customers

J ai command un mini trampoline en stock le 27 Avril dernier j ai pay 70EUR de livraison Le produit n est toujours pas parti en livraison Tr s mauvais service apr s vente I ve ordered a mini trampoline on Apr 27th while paying 70Eur for the shipping The product is and was in stock but hasn t been sent Very poor service They are blaming the covid but I still get delivered from Amazon in 1 or 2 days I really regret to have tried it

Avoid avoid - at least if you need service
Short summary TLDR Bought expensive crosstrainer Failed after 6 months Sport-Tiedje could not repair device After complaining for 3 months they finally accepted a return and a full refund This was 4 weeks ago - and they have still not arranged for transport nor completed the refund Full story In July 2020 bought an expensive almost 3000EUR CardioStrong crosstrainer Worked well for 6 months and was happy with the purchase At this point it was clear that there was something wrong with the resistance function and Feb 12 2021 a incident case WK3573890 was raised for this problem Below is what happened then 19 Feb - ST confirms case 5 March - reminder sent asking for progress 5 March - ST responds they have ordered spare parts 19 March - again asking for update 22 March - ST responds there might be a problem with the firmware and asks to check some settings 22 March - changing settings did not work Informed ST of this and asked for next step 24 March - ST acknowledges that they will investigate further 7 April - ST comes back to inform that there is a small motor that needs replacement and asks if I am willing to do it Looking at the complex blueprints I decline and ask them to send a technician repairman 9 April - ST confirms they are to book a technician to perform the repairs 23 April - my patience at an end - I contact ST to inform them I am no longer interested in having the unit repaired and want the purchase reverted and a full refund 26 April - ST replies they will come back with a proper answer 29 April - without any further info from ST - I get contacted by DHL that want to pick up the device I inform them it is fully mounted and its size - where they say - No we expected a normal parcel - we cannot pick this up 29 April - contact ST to explain that the Crosstrainer is of course mounted and not in it original package box 8 May - ST comes back and confirms they need to revise the shipping plans with DHL 10 May - Send ST pictures of the mounted Crosstrainer and elaborates on its weight of approx 120kg 10 May - ST confirms the crosstrainer will be picked up as-is and that the purchase will revert Full refund will be given when they have picked it up 17 May - ST comes back to say they cannot get DHL to pick it up They are considering options 24 May - I revert again that I expect them to solve the pickup in whatever way needed Not acceptable to delay further 28 May - Remind them yet again waiting for pickup and refund 28 May - ST reverts and asks some question on access to house 28 May - explains and sends pictures 7 June - reminds again ask for update 7 June - ST says they still don t know how to transport and the story continues So to summarize 1 Sport-Teidje seem to have a very poor limited network of technicians outside of their main countries I would NOT consider them unless you live in Germany Netherlands etc 2 Their service organization is a joke Sorry but it is It took them 1 5 months to ask me to check some settings Another 14 days to suggest a spare part replacement - which then never happened And finally after agreeing on equipment pickup and refund we are now 4 weeks and counting for it to actually be finalized Your honour I rest my case The ONLY redeeming factor I can mention the local representative in Sweden who is trying to help out and get it sorted Hope this helps someone making a judgement Am I a worst-case scenario Maybe But if Sport-Teijde have such difficulties with service outside of their main countries maybe they should not sell to all of Europe My 5 cents thank you for reading Update 1 One month later So a whole month passed since posting review Surely ST will have solved it by now - they replied quickly here on the site that they were working on it Sorry to tell you that since then in 5 weeks they have managed to conclude that they still don t know how to transport Great customer service right I have now let ST know that I will sue them in court unless they manage to resolve and issue a refund I will update results here if when something happens Update 2 Another 2 weeks later ST finally managed to arrange pickup One week later they completed the refund While I am happy this is ordeal is finally over - I stand by my review Never ever - buy anything from them that can break and you need to make use of the warranty It took them almost 6 months to resolve my case

Ordered a bike from their Czech website
Ordered a bike from their Czech website order WK4216256 on 14th May but was told on 17th 3 days after credit card payment that the bike was out of stock Really frustrating that they advertise out of stock items on their website and then just give you a cold oh we ll tell you when its in stock If I don t hear something soon I will be canceling the order and going somewhere else Update sport-tiedje flagged my review for deletion so here it is again with my order number WK4216256 I did however cancel the order they are selling out of stock items on their website and claim that it was a stock error just look at past reviews

Absolutely not recommendable
Absolutely not recommendable Ordered a rowing machine which according to staff was readily available for shipment After a few days called as I wanted to inquire whether I could pick the item up instead of delivery just to be told that delivery would be slightly delayed Called again a week later to check on status and was told the rowing machine was not on stock any longer and would only be back some seven weeks later After asking why it was still marked available on the website I didn t get an answer Canceled my order immediately - at least the refund was somewhat quick
