Terrible experience Avoid Fitshop

Terrible experience Ordered a product including delivery and setup for the order never to be delivered on the date agreed When a new delivery date was already re-arranged I was the then told that the product was no longer in stock Yet another delivery date was arranged only to be informed the day before that Fitshop ordered the wrong product Now waiting for the product I originally paid for to be re-ordered again and delivery to be re-arranged again After paying a lot of money for a rowing machine I am still waiting months on Would advise people to order from a more reliable retailer

Purchased a Kettlebell 1st they sent me the wrong item 2nd does not reply to mails regarding this issue for 2 weeks 3rd when they finally do they ask me to sent back the wrong item worth 10 euro and they will sent the item I already purchased worth 80 euros Worst service ever

Useless Pity that I can t give a zero These guys have absolutely no clue what they are doing They are happy to take your money but feel no obligation to respond to mails or provide information about when your delivery will come Waiting a month and still no clue when it will arrive

I ordered over 600 worth of workout material for my job it was never delivered when I contacted them multiple times the only response is that the courier already delivered the package in my opinion based on the other reviews this company is a scam and should be avoided at all costs

Great advice and service We needed a hometrainer Got good advice on the phone Made a appointment to try out different models Chose a good model It was packed and loaded into my car the same day Assembly went well and it works fine There were some questions about user functions but these were answered and solved by helpful telephone assistance
