I received my kettlebells today that I pre-ordered in February and I m very pleased with them High quality at an exceptional price when demand has been going through the roof due to the lockdown I know other customers have been frustrated by a shipment lost by the couriers last month and a lack of personalised updates but I wanted to feedback that my experience has been smooth and successful I knew it was a pre-order so I would need to wait patiently in order to get the good price I was reassured by other customers reviews of the quality and if the worst happened their accounts of speedy refunds In the end I have received 3 super kettlebells and I would definitely purchase from Fit Supplies again My only tip to the company would be to make it very clear to customers which wave of orders they are in and their expected dispatch date to manage expectations
