I have been taking sessions with Fix Health formerly YourPhysio since their initial days I had multiple issues with my back neck knees and shoulder I suffered a rotator cuff injury out of nowhere in August of 2020 it was the Covid time and I was worried how to treat my case Luckily I came to know about YourPhysio and started sessions with them Like many have stated in their reviews I was pleasantly surprised by their accurate diagnosis over a video session and also their pain management program that doesn t require the aid of any external devices I started seeing improvement in my condition and continued my sessions with YourPhysio even after recovering from my rotator cuff injury My physical fitness was so bad that I continued to suffer minor injuries every now and then till the beginning of 2022 Initially it would take time for me to recover from my injuries sometimes months together But perseverance and sincere care from my treating team Dr Smriti Dr Namita and Dr Sheetal at YourPhysio kept me going Now I have gotten past those slow recovery days and am determined to get stronger This was possible because of - regular sessions thanks to the online model- accurate diagnosis and the right exercises thanks to the brilliant team Fix Health- excellent administration model of having a dedicated care manager Ms Mohita is very responsive and makes me feel like she is available to attend to my calls concerns any time of the day- regular review sessions- easy access to home exercise program- extreme care and dedication from the entire Fix Health team

Fix Health based in Bangalore India are highly professional qualified physiotherapists who will assess propose implement and encourage you to do physiotherapeutic exercises by Zoom in your home to relieve symptoms such as back or neck ache stiffness joint pains etc I have found them to be highly responsive professional and trustworthy and would recommend them unequivocally particularly these days when it s so difficult to obtain prompt physiotherapeutic treatment on the NHS Moreover they re really nice people

I have really benefited from my experience with Fix Health and I am very happy I decidded to buy a block of physio sessions and give them a go with referals and long waiting times I felt I had nothing to lose although I was slightly sceptical about online physio I didn t need to be My symptoms are about 80 better already and with 10 sessions to go I know I can hit 100 The physio assigned to me is awesome and I am verey comfortable working with her I have no hesitation in recommending a consultation from Fix Health

I can not recommend this service highly enough In Feb I had a skiing accident in which I broke my Tibia and damaged my knee On my return to UK it was nearly a month to wait for Apt at a fracture clinic and I am still waiting for physio so I investigated private physio as I could feel my leg becoming stiff and had obvious muscle waisting FixHealth had a free 45min on line consultation with a Dr who was amazing very thorough she asked lots of questions about the injury did a in-depth examination whilst introducing the AI technology mapping my body and following my every movement I could not help but be impressed I was offered a package of 10x45 min sessions with a physio at a time that suited me in my own home for 200 00 which seemed so reasonable The site had a secure payment system and the technical team contacted me to ensure everything was set up and I understood how to access the sessions At the 1st session I was met my physio who was a delight taking time explaining each exercise using the interactive site to observe my movements and the AI to followed each movement with precise mapping that was visible to both of us throughout the session At no time did I feel vulnerable or worried that I could cause further damage as it was so interactive and I soon had confidence in the physio and the technology I really looked forward to the daily sessions and the exercise programme which produced rapid results with improved movement stability and a reduction in pain When I eventually got to Fracture clinic the Consultant was amazed at my progress and had expected me to have a stiff knee and months of rehabilitation ahead of me instead of being able to walk without crutches and very little discomfort Try this site it was fantastic safe professional reliable and produced results A very viable and effective way forward for personal affordable physiotherapy that is safe and effective

Broken ankle

Since i started i improved my range of motion the pain has gone my ankle feels much much better even after first session the care manager and my physiotherapist they are amazing and they explained everything step by step I really recommend them to everyone who suffer from injuries or any kind of pain You guys are amazing i am glad i found you
