I was able to arrange for my car to be collected and dropped off which meant I didn t have to rely on anyone for lifts to and from the garage The garage itself were so lovely and friendly I will definitely recommend them to friends and family and use them again in the future

I booked my Audi in for a radiator

I booked my Audi in for a radiator replacement and although the replacement process was marred by Audi not providing the correct parts causing a long delay my contact at Fixter Amir handled the whole thing brilliantly He took control and communicated professionally with the garage and myself And turned around what might have been a difficult experience into a very positive experience I can not praise Amir s work and that of Fixter enough He and they were brilliant

I used Fixter to change the headlamp

I used Fixter to change the headlamp bulbs on my Jag XF which is a nightmare if you don t know what you re doing I opted for the pickup and delivery service Fixter were brilliant with their service My car was picked up by an extremely polite and courteous mechanic at the time I was told it would be At all times I was able to view the progress of my car and it was returned to me again at the stated time I had an extremely busy day yesterday and the pick up service helped me tremendously to get my car sorted and still complete my days tasks I am now looking to book a service for my car with Fixter Thank you guys for your professionalism and courtesy I highly recommend if you need work done

It was so easy being new to the area and not knowing a good reliable garage I found Fixter when I called I spoke to a real person always a bonus I was kept informed the whole way my car was serviced and MOT it was collect and returned on time What an amazing service

Easy to book my car in online for an air con regas Fixter sent confirmation and updates on driver arrival and when the car was being seen to as well as when it was being returned to me a very seemless process and I will continue to recommend them I have used them 2x before for MOT s

The way forward if you value your time and want to save some money

Before I found Fixter I received an eye-watering quote from a main dealer for a major service and MOT Not only did going through Fixter save me a lot of money but it also saved me the inconvenience of having to drop the car off and pick it up Garages are either on industrial estates in the middle of nowhere or in busy town centres where collecting the car around rush hour is always a complete waste of time The booking process was quick efficient and straightforward After making my booking the garage called to arrange when they would pick up the car The driver was on time polite and friendly and before I knew it my car was back on the drive with all the work completed can t fault any aspect of the the whole process
