Disgraceful customer service

I wish I had read these reviews before dealing with this company Appalling customer service Appreciating that due to covid there might by administrative delays I would still expect much better communication Having taken several weeks trying to get a response regarding returning an item I eventually got a reply and authorisation to return together with a post paid return label I duly returned the item and 6 weeks later am still waiting for my refund Have made numerous attempts to contact them by various means but heard absolutely nothing USE THIS COMPANY ONLY IF YOU WANT TO THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY

This company is appalling It is using COVID as an excuse not to answer phone calls Judging by reviews if you get the product you need and it is not faulty then all is well But if like me you are authorised a return which I have proof of delivery for they keep that AND your money I have emailed numerous times and received and received absolutely no response I will be pursuing through the smaller claim court and hope they are swamped with claimants Shoddy company

If the product you order is in good condition and the right one for your needs I am sure you would give them a 5 star review If not however you will probably have great difficulty in getting a refund I urge you to persist My many emails asking when I would receive my refund for goods they authorised me to return were ignored for over three months I informed them I was taking them to the Small Claims Court I have just received the 85 owed to me Do not let them get away with their unethical shabby practice
