The support team has now become very poor This is very ridiculous i am not receiving any quick support or solution to my account

It is 11 days now my tickets have not

It is 11 days now my tickets have not been resolved now it is a time of moving away i can not stay a place where there is no respond and solutions on the tickets

The quality of the packages delivered was exceptional however the customer service provided has been severely lacking Prior to making payment I received prompt and attentive assistance Regrettably since completing payment over a week has passed without any response to my outstanding issues This situation raises concerns about the legitimacy of the transaction and necessitates a refund

Fizhost is the worst hosting provider I ve ever used Their servers are down way too often which has caused massive disruptions to my business On top of that their payment system is unreliable when it fails your websites get suspended without warning I ve lost several clients because of this mess To make matters worse their support team is completely unresponsive Tickets go unanswered and you re left to deal with the chaos on your own Avoid Fizhost at all costs if you care about your business They re unprofessional and unreliable

THEY DO NOT DELIVER WHAT THEY PROMISE THERE IS NO TECHNICAL SUPPORT BE CAREFUL WE ARE GOING TO FILE A LAWSUIT IN UNITED KINDOM FOR DAMAGES AND PREJUDICES WE HAD LOSSES OF CUSTOMERS BECAUSE THE SERVERS DOWN DON T BUY TERRIBLE SERVICE TERRIBLE SUPPORT

This is getting frustrated now

This is getting frustrated now I am dissapointed by their customer service and any technical help We only contact them when there s a severe issue and its not resolving permanently Everyday the server is down Having reseller account causing hundreds of my clients getting disrupted and I have to face severe loss and escalations FizHost should be responsive on their tickets and chat helpdesk They do not answer and only welcoming new potential customers through sales and putting less consideration towards existing regular and loyal customers who do not miss a single monthly account payment for them

Fizhost--scammers I paid for an unlimited hosting data plan they took my money but put in 2mb of data the account is not functional no one has been responding for 10 days complete silence be careful

This website is a scam operated by a Pakistani scam artist They provide zero service and disappeared after taking my money They don t respond on WhatsApp unless you re a new customer I requested a refund within the 7-day period but he refuses This site should be banned
