Never got the products Never delivered DPD said it was delivered to a person with a certain name and the gps delivery location they provided did not match the provided address The customer service at Flaconi constantly delays the process by giving me a certain document to sign back and forth and filling the same claim over and over again because each time sth is missing A clear attitude for delays and unwillingness to refund DPD sucks as delivery firm but flaconi customer service isn t better either And it is a shame that for products that cost totally around 30 to go through such unprofessional careless delivery and customer service for which they weren t able to deliver
