I joined up with the Peer to Peer mentoring group ran by Pete at the beginning of last year It was definitely one of my better decisions when becoming a new Transport Manager as the support and knowledge I have been given has progressed me much quicker than I could of ever managed on my own Also as a Transport Manager i have also used Pete and Flagship Partners for our driver CPC training where we had over 40 drivers to deliver course to over 3 Saturdays The course was as expected a brilliant delivery I would highly recommend Flagship Partners to everyone
