Awful company

Awful company not sure it even exists I ve ordered paid had an email saying they ve taken my money and they have done just that They don t answer phone calls emails and I guess they will ignore this bad review I hate that this still goes on in this day and age in the U K how can PayPal etc not realise and just close there accounts My goods are clearly not going to turn up and I wish I had read more of these reviews before ordering If this was legit then using ups as a delivery company I would of received my tracking by now I m so pi- - ed off I just want PayPal to refund my mo et now

This company is awful I purchased a large quantity of insulation on their website which claimed free delivery on orders over 399 but they still charged me postage so I questioned this and they sent me a quote that was 261 over the online price So I continued with my online order because it was cheaper and paid the postage they took my money and sent me an invoice After some time they contacted me to tell me that I couldn t have the order because the price had gone up due to my location even though their website look my postcode and calculated the postage They did eventually refund me but I don t know how you can invoice someone and then change your mind Through this process they also lied to me Terrible experience

Do not buy from this company Received my Xmas tree decorations after Xmas shipped from USA and significantly inferior quality to that advertised I am also now very worried what the company is doing with my financial data per the online reviews I wish I d read these in advance I would never buy from this company again
